Silja heads up the corporate services division at RisCura, which includes the finance, HR, marketing, legal, compliance, office management and IT teams. She also oversees digital innovation in the RisCura group; and is responsible for technology solutions, security, and suppliers. Silja is a passionate leader that enjoys transforming organisations through high performing, agile and productive teams. She started her career as a software developer in Silicon Valley and has three decades of experience, including 15 years in the financial services sector that has equipped her to deliver value-adding and relevant solutions. Before joining RisCura in 2020, she fulfilled various IT leadership, strategic and architecture roles at companies such as Curo Fund Services, Pragma Products, Intec Telecommunications Systems and Old Mutual.
