International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines – Dec 2012

A revised version of the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (“IPEV Guidelines”) was issued on 17 December 2012. The revised Guidelines are intended to be applicable across all private equity funds and to all financial instruments commonly held by private equity funds. The new Guidelines are effective for reporting periods post 1 January 2013.
