organisations in identifying and managing cyber risks, as well as partnering with Universities and
Institutes to provide specialized Cyber Security training to a global audience. A PhD in mobile
agent security and guiding global and industry research projects enabled extensive publications
at international forums. An acknowledged speaker that regularly deliver keynotes at conferences,
seminars and workshops and invited as a specialist panellist on cyber-crime, cyber warfare, and
cyber intelligence. An Adjunct Professorship at the French South African Institute of Technology
in Cape Town led to gaining experience in security aspects of the Nano-satellite environment, and
an Extraordinary Associate Professorship in the Department Military Strategy, Faculty of
