Purpose of Job
- Responsible for producing fund accounting and reporting on client investments.
- Analysing and investigating reconciliation differences.
- Assist with embedding knowledge, processes and procedures in the Fund Accounting and Reporting team.

Monthly/Daily Tasks
- Assist in the month end reporting process to deliver timely and accurate information.
- Calculations of TWRR.
- Preparation and review of Statement Ms.
- Preparation and review of Monthly reports.
- Preparation and review of working papers.
- Preparation, review of regulatory reports, e.g. SARB, C48.
- Assist with the year end audit process and statutory reporting.
- Liaising with external auditors.
- Communicating and responding to queries internally and from the client, assisting team leaders and managers in resolving such queries.
- Dealing with client queries and audit queries.
- Communicating and answering any queries on the funds from the team.
- Assisting implementation of projects, checks and controls to mitigate risk.
- Co-ordination of the induction programme for new joiners.
- Develop a relationship with clients and understand their requirements.
- Attend regular training sessions.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Continuously collaborate with the team to ensure deliverables are met.
- Identify areas for process improvement or enhancement.
