Application Criteria

• B.Com, B.Bus.Sci, B.Sc or B.Eng in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Finance with strong quantitative or programming components.
• Coursework, projects or certifications in machine learning, statistics, financial modelling or data engineering advantageous.
• Open to other tertiary qualifications depending on experience and evidence of quantitative abilities.

Experience

• 1-3 years experience in using AI tools, LLM-based workflows, automation or coding projects, including self-initiated learning and personal projects (advantageous).
• Has had experience in implementing an AI enabled project and is easily demonstrable.
• Any exposure to investment, risk or performance data, whether through coursework, internships or own projects, is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and cloud data platforms such as Databricks is advantageous, though training will be provided.
