From day one, RisCura was founded on Care, working to ensure all South Africans retire with dignity. Care for our people, society, and planet has guided every decision since, shaping our culture, empowering our teams, and driving the transformation journey we’re on. Today and into the future.
We work hard to support and empower people and firms that will shape South Africa’s tomorrow. Through the YES internship, our SAICA-accredited CA training, and the Manager Development Programme, we open doors, grow talent, and strengthen black-owned and female managers.
We put our money where our mouth is, providing measurable, transparent proof of transformation in action. Nearly 70% of our clients embed B-BBEE policies in their IPS, 31% of AUM is with black-owned firms, and Impact Reports align portfolios to South Africa’s NDP, and reports on B-BBEE allocation.
