Purpose of Job
The successful candidate would provide assistance to the RisCura Analytics Head of Business and Business Development teams in their acquisition of new clients. The work of the BD Associate will ensure successful implementation of business development activities guided by the practice development framework.
Key Competencies, Skills and Attributes
- Proficient in Microsoft programmes, specifically Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint SharePoint and Dynamics Sales.
- Internet research and data mining of industry related sources.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills, very organised with good attention to detail.
- People orientated, team player.
- Good writer and editor in English.
Monthly/Daily Tasks
- Track client engagements on the CRM system and prepare and compile due diligence documents, pricing, requests for proposals, contracts, and industry surveys.
- Onboarding of new clients and co- ordination between senior analysts and clients.
- Perform industry and competitor analysis to have a better understanding of the market we service.
- Ensure marketing material, presentation slides, documents, marketing articles, client communication is professional, accurate and of high quality.
- New client acquisition and building solid relationships with clients, while maintaining existing relationships with Trustees, Custodians, Prime Brokers, Retirement Funds, Asset Managers and Mancos.
- Developing business strategies, pitches and managing a variety of projects.
- Managing RFP's, drafting proposals and contracting with new and existing clients.
- Manage the maintenance of Analytics BD content in Content Chooser and the resulting Content Chooser Directories (currently in Excel).
- Research industry events and topical topics for future thought leadership events and training events for the BD team.
- Assist with sales and marketing material compilation, printing, binding and delivery.
- Implementing the practice development framework within the company, identifying new business opportunities and assist in growing the business.
- Drive the business development function of Riscura Analytics, providing support to other business functions and ensure effective client relation and management.
- General administrative ad hoc duties.

- Work directly with the members of RisCura’s business development focused teams.
- Work directly with members of RisCura Analytics operations and management teams.
- Establish working relationships with many of RisCura’s service providers and industry body partners.
