What we do

- Investment Product Due Diligence

The output of our investment product due diligence processes, which analyse all aspects of the product, provide investors with a detailed picture of the investment products they want to consider. The process includes macro analysis of the viability of the investment thesis as well as drilling down into details, such as the philosophy and process applied, the product’s track record, the risk mitigation tools employed, assessment of the investment professionals and their level of expertise.

- Operational Due Diligence

Our operational due diligence process considers a wide range of operational aspects within the investment framework, including regulatory compliance, the inherent strength of the business itself, information technology, accounting, administration, valuation and third-party service providers. This includes finding deal-specific risks and opportunities, identifying hidden costs as well as liabilities and critically examining the quality and reasonability of projected earnings and cash flows.
