RisCura’s core business involves providing consulting services to retirement fund clients, but RisCura staff are also members of
a retirement fund in their own personal capacity. Recently staff received their quarterly benefit statements, together with a personalised analysis of their projected retirement benefits based on their current fund credit and contribution rates. This was communicated through the use of a replacement ratio, which made us wonder – how useful are these ratios?
