With over 20 years of corporate experience in financial services leadership, Mphile is a Partner and Director of RisCura Solutions Eswatini – our newest business in the Southern African Development Community. He has a great passion for business strategy, business development and leadership, and has worked with some of the biggest retirement funds in Eswatini and South Africa.

He started his career at Nampak and Shatterprufe (both in Eswatini) and has served as Senior Executive roles at the PGC Group, BMW Financial Services, the ABSA Group, Standard Bank and the Liberty Life Group (all in South Africa).

Mphile built the Liberty Life (formerly STANLIB Swaziland) Group’s business in Eswatini, where he started as a General Manager before establishing the Life and Property businesses. A strong advocate of lateral and critical thinking, Mphile has an International MBA from De Montfort University and a BCom from the University of Eswatini.
